For general use, dissolve salts in a warm bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. For general skin health and wellbeing add ½-1 cup (approximately 125-250g) to your bath. To help relax and revive aching muscles use 2-4 cups (500g-1kg).

Ease the discomfort of gout and reduce inflammation by adding 2–3 teaspoons of Epsom salts into a basin and immersing the affected foot/joint. The water should be as hot as it is comfortable. Soak for about 30 minutes.
